SubyShop.com ships only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Orders placed through SubyShop.com on normal business days are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or United States holidays are processed and shipped following the weekend or holiday.

Shipping costs for orders placed on SubyShop.com are calculated based on the following criteria: chosen shipping method, total product order weight, and zip or postal code. SubyShop.com utilizes primarily UPS for its shipping needs, and charges the most current standard shipping rates. Whenever possible, you will be charged only one shipping fee for all items ordered.

If an order contains both in stock and special/back ordered products your shipment may be delayed until the special/back ordered items become available. For this reason SubyShop.com suggests that our customers order special/back ordered items separately from other items. If you do choose to order special/back ordered items as part of a multi-item order you will be charged for all items, plus your chosen shipping option, at the same time. If one or more items are on special/back order, the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase will be utilized once all items are received by our warehouse.

SubyShop.com only ships to physical addresses (no PO Boxes, etc).

SubyShop.com only accepts the return of un-opened or un-used items (with all seals intact where applicable) that were purchased and fulfilled through this web site only. Customers must obtain prior approval from an employee of SubyShop.com and items must be received by SubyShop.com within thirty (30) days of original delivery.

All customers wishing to return product will be charged a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% except in cases where an error was made by SubyShop.com (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). In these cases an exchange or a full refund of the item cost (plus shipping and handling costs to return these items) will be offered by SubyShop.com.

Otherwise customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase minus shipping and handling and a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to SubyShop.com.

The following items are non-returnable and will not be issued a refund:

• Items returned to SubyShop.com after the thirty (30) day return period
• Items which have been opened, marked or damaged in any way making them unfit for resale (example: parts which were installed/used and then returned)
• Items purchased through other online or local retailers (not SubyShop.com)

Customers whose returns meet the guidelines outlined in Returns & Refunds will receive a refund of the cost of returned items minus a 25% item restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to SubyShop.com.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item(s), and in the same form of payment used in the original purchase of those items. Please ensure that you submit your original order information along with a daytime phone number you can be reached at in case SubyShop.com needs to contact you for further information.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You may use the box the items originally arrived in, or another box if you prefer. Please include a phone number where you may be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your refund.
2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box and send to:

3. Take it to a Post Office or other shipping center to pay postage or shipping and return the package. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us, and pay the shipping and handling to do so.

You may cancel your order for any item provided the order has not been charged and/or entered the shipping process. For orders where a non-expedited shipping method is chosen, this is normally within 24-48 business hours. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped it will need to be returned following the Returns & Refunds guidlines and is subject to a re-stocking fee as outlined above.

SubyShop.com does not sell or ship to countries outside of the United States of America at this time.
